Its Raining...Trench Coats
I have been wearing my trench coat it seems like all week. Its been raining all day for the past two-three days. My daughter snapped a pic when we were coming home from the mall. It seems like Los Angeles can not function when it rains. So what do you do when it does go to the Trench.
Trench from a random shop on Melrose, fabric for turban from Ethopian soccer game.
My daughter every now and then wants to be apart of the blog so here is what she decided to wear today.

Thirft Stores
If you don't already you need to go thrift shopping and I am not just saying that because of the recession. You can get one of a kind items and also the lasted trends when it comes to fashion. I have this one friend who just refused to go thrift shopping but one visit to the buffalo exchange and she was down for the cause. Here is one of my favorite thrift stores. Crazy but I was never sure of the name but here is the sign in front of the store. Its big, has the lasted trends, very organized, and will surprise you on what you can find. It is located on La Brea and two blocks away from Melrose (right after pinks hot dog stand), in Los Angeles. (825 La Brea) Prices may be costly for a thrift store but this is the mall when it comes to vintage. Every Sunday 9-1 they have somewhat of a yard sale and sell everything for a dollar, it does not get better than that. I will do my favorite thrift store Buffalo Exchange and the Rodeo Drives' versions of thrift stores on another blog.
She should get the hat uh?
Off to the next thrift store.... I can't get enough.

My Goal Weigth (Lace)
I am almost at my goal weight. I have not weighed myself, not into the numbers just the health and look, but I am now able to wear my old favorite jeans.
I celebrated by meeting my sister out. Here is my version of a cute lace shirt from h&m however the model does the shirt with just a bra. I am married so I decided to wear an undershirt look great too. Options.
lace shirt (h&m), high waisted shirt (maybe forever 21, not sure had it for years), shoes (bakers), purse (fendi), watch (micheal kors), 14k gold bracelets (fashion district in los angeles), belt (moshino, one of the best gifts I received).
